Not only does this track have one of the coolest titles ever (a ballad about salad..?!), there is also a beautifully-crafted-little-story of a video (about cardboard box love) up on youtube, for which it provides the backdrop.

An unexpectedly sweet component of my Happy Birthday playlist from the Idiot (who also opened my eyes to the completely contrasting ‘Anti-Everything’), the track has an appealing innocence and uplifting effect that I think would have been marred by the incorporation of lyrics – which are often so key to my enjoyment of music.

I recently posted a link to this on twitter and the response (thank you @GrandpaButton) was a link to another Truckers of Husk video, for ‘Person for the Person’, which uses a similar technique to one of my favourite videos – ‘Her Morning Elegance’ by Oren Lavie.
