Breakbeat Era - Ultra-Obscene

From the Album ‘Ultra-Obscene’ and currently up on the MySpace, Breakbeat Era represented my first foray into the world of real drum ‘n’ bass and breakbeat (aside from junglist massivists M Beat and General Levy in the early nineties, along with the rest of Harrow).

A side-project of producer Roni Size, DJ Die and vocalist Leonie Laws (not to be confused with Leona Lewis), I don’t think they released anything together other than this one album – thank you to the Idiot for sending it my way in 1999/2000.
